From Denver, take I-25 North to Exit 243 (Hwy 66), then head East on Hwy 66 to Platteville, turn North on US-85 two blocks to C.R. 32 (light) then East 7 miles to C.R. 39, then North 1 mile to the Pelican Lake Ranch main entrance. 

 

From Greeley, take US-85 south, turn left at the first light on 1st Ave which will become CR. 39, continue South 7 miles on CR-39 to the main entrance of Pelican Lake Ranch.

We have lots for sale and access to professional builders eager to help you build your forever home. If you want to use a non - approved vendor, that is fine too. They will have to meet certain requirements.
